
Susan Patten has narrowed her legal practice to estate planning, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, allowing her to provide the highest level of service to each of her clients. She also serves as a Personal Representative and Guardian ad Litem for individuals and families dealing with catastrophic injury, loss and death. So, whether you need to establish a revocable trust to provide for your children, you have a loved one who needs to be placed under a guardianship, or you need assistance with probating an estate, Susan will ask the important questions, listen to your concerns, and take the required time to ensure your needs are met.
Susan received her law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1999 and a BA in History and Political Science from Bethany College in 1996. She also holds a mediation certification through the University of New Mexico School of Law.
Susan and her husband Kirk have lived in Santa Fe, NM for more than 20 years where they enjoy raising their three children and two dogs. When Susan isn't taking care of her clients, she can be found cheering her children on in their various activities, going for a hike in the beautiful New Mexico mountains, or spending time cooking with her family.

Amber Train has dedicated the majority of her legal career to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most significant transitions. Throughout her practice, she has guided clients through complex legal, financial, and personal decisions with compassion, sound judgment, and a practical approach focused on achieving lasting solutions.
Amber has extensive experience advising clients on issues involving property division, business interests, retirement assets, child and family dynamics, and financial planning.
Amber graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cooley Law School in 2000. After law school, Amber was a clerk for the Honorable Martha Vazquez, United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico. Prior to law school, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chaminade University.
Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Train served for seven years active duty in the United States Marine Corps. She was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant in 1997.
In her off time, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends embracing the beauty of New Mexico. She particularly enjoys skiing and hiking the beautiful surrounding mountains.

Abigail Hernandez is the law firm's Legal Assistant and helps manage the
firm's daily operations.
Abigail is also the proud mom to an adorable little boy, who she loves spending time with when she is not taking care of the firm's clients.
